Michelin starred chef Ollie Dabbous has announced a unique collaboration with Woods’ Silver Fleet of luxury yachts on The Thames, which we’re all rather excited about. For any luxury lovers it’s a foodie dream come true.
From this autumn, a collection of exclusive Dabbous dishes will be making their debut on board Woods’ Silver Fleet’s flagship river yacht, the Silver Sturgeon, based at Savoy Pier, a private base between Waterloo Bridge and Cleopatra’s Needle.
Dishes will change according to the season but are set to feature such delicious-sounding standouts such as cured salmon with elderflower & chervil; coddled egg with smoked butter & mushrooms; barbecued Iberico pork with savoury acorn praline & crushed green apple, and meadowsweet ice cream with crushed honeycomb.
These and other highlights from the new menu will be officially unveiled at a luxurious one-off pop-up event on Friday 9th October, co-hosted by Ollie Dabbous and Oskar Kinberg.
Limited tickets are available, priced at £95 per head, to include champagne on arrival, live music and DJ, an evening river-cruise on The Thames, plus a selection of carefully curated drinks and bowl food. We’re sold!
The Dabbous dishes will then be available on request for all private events held on board Silver Sturgeon.
